Using this Site or contacting us via email, form, or social media does not constitute a therapeutic relationship. A formal therapist-client relationship is only established when:

  • You are a California resident, 18 years or older,

  • You have completed an intake process,

  • You have signed a written informed consent agreement,

  • We have mutually agreed to begin therapy services.

4. Eligibility

  • You reside in the State of California (for therapy services),

  • All payments are final. No refunds are issued unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Missed therapy appointments and late cancellations are subject to fees as outlined in your individual consent form.

  • Digital products and online courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your payment information.
